Efficient
The standard Century precast concrete splash blocks are designed to be placed under gutter down spouts t disperse and direct storm water in a manner to prevent erosion and ponding of water. The concrete splash blocks prevent erosion of the soil adjacent to your foundation and landscaping. Preventing erosion of soil adjacent to the foundation protects against ponding of water which can cause water damage to basement ceilings, walls and crawl spaces.

Erosion of soil around foundation slabs and piers which support structures can cause settlement thus causing a wide array of damage including cracked slabs, walls and ceilings.

The splash blocks also prevent erosion of bark and soil from around grass, shrubs and other landscape items.

Design
Century Group's standard splash blocks are 30” x 12” x 3” weighing 48 lbs. each which make them easy to handle and install under gutter down spouts. Century Group also has the ability to cast concrete down spouts in custom color concrete to meet your projects specific color requirement.

For commercial and industrial applications, Century Group can design and manufacture larger concrete splash block structures to handle large high velocity water flows from roofs of large structures such as air craft hangers, warehouses, petrochemical storage tanks and other large applications.

Durable
The Century concrete splash blocks are manufactured using 5,000 p.s.i. concrete 28 days reinforcement with American grade 60 steel. The concrete splash blocks weight makes them very stable under heavy winds and will not blow away like plastic and fiberglass splash blocks. The concrete splash blocks will not degrade from sun U.V. rays or fade like the plastic and fiberglass splash blocks.
