The Century Quality Assurance program involves each and every employee in the company. Management recognizes that every person must be totally committed to quality in order to achieve perfection. Whether it's the batch plant operator, welder, truck driver or clerical person, all have a very important role in Century's Quality Assurance program and the success of the company. Century Precast has on staff American Concrete Institute (ACI) Certified Concrete Field Testing Technicians. Staff members regularly attend continuing education seminars and training sponsored by the Portland Cement Association (PCA) and other industry organizations. Our manufacturing facilities are certified by the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA). The Century Quality Assurance program also follows those applicable guidelines set forth by the American Society For Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (ASSHTO). Century Precast also retains a staff of civil and structural engineers who constantly evaluate the Century Quality Assurance program.
