Century Group Manufactures a Precast Concrete Sign for

George St. Park, City of Riviera Beach, Florida

Century Group Inc. manufactured a precast concrete sign for George St. Park, City of Riviera Beach Florida with their logo designed as a 28" diameter disk base made of ˝” Sintra material (PVC) with four stainless steel stud pins attaching it into mounting holes drilled into the precast concrete sign face in addition to pin mounting, it is also adhered to the precast concrete face with silicone adhesive.

The base of the logo was capped first with a .040 polished gold tone anodized aluminum face, onto which another .040 aluminum disk was layered. This layer was painted with automotive urethane for durability and ultraviolet protection to retard fading. The dark brown of the lettering showing are individual letters spelling out "City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, FL” and are cut out from .040 brushed gold aluminum. The multi-colored graphic in the center is digitally printed from computer design artwork re-rendered from an image sent to us from the customer on high performance, pressure sensitive vinyl with a clear UV protective film.

The concrete sign featured cast in letters with colors selected by the design architect and city officials. The concrete sign featured a self supporting base which will be anchored to a cast-in-place concrete foundation upon delivery.
