Century Group Inc. manufactures durable, versatile and secure buildings that are cost-effective, fast, and easy to install.

Precast Concrete Control Building

Century precast buildings provide fire-resistant, watertight, vandal-proof, and wind-resistant storage areas that meet and exceed the requirements of most utility, industrial, and communications projects.
Century Group Inc. specializes in the custom manufacture of precast buildings to meet customers’ specific needs. Versatility in design and architecture makes precast concrete the clean choice over buildings constructed with steel, aluminum, or wood.

Precast Concrete Building

Superior Strength & Durability
Century buildings are manufactured using steel reinforced high strength concrete providing superior strength, durability, and many years of service. The Century precast buildings are not susceptible to rot, corrosion, warping, deflection, or loss of strength over time like wood or metal buildings. Century precast concrete buildings provide a permanent protective barrier for personnel and equipment from fire, explosions, inclement weather, vandalism, etc…

Quality Control
Because Century precast concrete products are produced in a controlled environment, they exhibit high quality and uniformity. Factors affecting quality typically found on a job site – temperature,

improper curing, poor craftsmanship, and material quality – are nearly eliminated in a plant environment. Skilled technicians are able to install and test control panels and ventilation systems before the product leaves the yard, thus increasing overall cost savings.

Availability and ease of installation
Because Century precast communications and utility buildings are manufactured well in advance of installation, they are ready for transportation to the job site at a moment’s notice. Standard buildings are quickly set on a prepared poured-in-place foundation or a precast foundation in a matter of hours with a crane and small crew. Buildings can be relocated and reused to accommodate any future construction projects on the site.

Because Century Group Inc. specializes in custom precasting, we are able to manufacture to our customers’ specific designs. Some of the versatile uses of the precast concrete buildings and shelters are:

Security and Guard Houses Transformer Stations
Pump Stations
Water and Wastewater Control Rooms
Industrial Control Rooms
Telecommunication Shelters
Ticket Kiosks
Golf Course Equipment Housing
Chemical and Hazardous Material Storage Units
Vending and Concession Stands
